Bedrooms
The villa has 6 bedrooms to accommodate 14 people. Three of them are master bedrooms that have 3 king-sized beds. The fourth guestroom is equipped with a queen bed. It is on the main floor. If there are guests with physical disabilities, it serves the purpose so well. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are theme based – Harry Potter and Mickey-Minnie.

Two miles from the resort (Windsor Hills) is the world-famous attraction – Disney.
Guests staying at this villa can easily reach golf courses, theme parks, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:
Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival – loss of $500 deposit.
Cancellation between 60-30 days prior to arrival – loss of 50% of booked rental charge.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – loss of entire booked rental charge.
