We do allow pets and our home is very pet-friendly. Pets are $200 for the 1st Pet and $50 additional for each, up to a maximum of 3 pets total.

WE DON'T CHARGE ANY! The only exception is the charge for Cleaning and Pets.
There's something you should know about St. Augustine Rentals: Most realtors and property management companies charge guests extra fees that are ABOVE and BEYOND their commission that is paid by the homeowner. We do not use any of these management companies for this reason. We also stopped using VRBO and HomeAway for the same reason as well as Trip Advisors and all the other extensions of HomeAway. They're all paid by the homeowner for advertising their properties, and then they charge YOU "online booking fees" and "management fees" on top of that.
The perfect example of this is a St. Augustine rental management company calling themselves "Vacation Rental Pros." Their One-Star Reviews became so numerous that they had to change their name in the summer of 2017 to "V-Trips." Call them to verify this. Among the extra fees and charges you'll be billed for are "Booking Fees," "Management Fees," "Amenity Fees" (whatever that is) and "Security Damage Waivers Fees." The latter is a NON-REFUNDABLE insurance policy that they buy for $49 for which they charge you as much as $295. You are billed $295 whether or not you even drop as much as a coffee mug and break it. We know this because we had them for a year as our property managers (2014) and had to fire them because the aggravation was intolerable. We had so many phone calls from our guests that we had to get rid of them!
Today we do our own booking and have a wonderfully thorough local team of housekeepers (who have a crew of 4 working for them) to do changeovers, cleanups and other issues. This couple lives 12 minutes away from our property and helps us with any management issues.
