Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival,60 days for monthly rentals. A refundable $300/damage deposit is due at booking.
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days from your stay you will receive a full refund of monies paid minus $25 handling fee (60 days for monthly rentals).
If you cancel within 45 days (60 days for monthly rentals) of your stay, one-half of the rental amounts will be sacrificed.
If you cancel fourteen days prior to your stay we keep just the total rental amount. For example, if you have an argument with your companion on the way and decide not to stay for your vacation, this does not constitute a reason to ask for any refund.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The heated pool (our grandchildren’s favorite spot) was warm, clean and relaxing. The beach was wonderful and not overcrowded. Many restaurants were close by and kid-friendly. Our grandsons loved the Pirate Museum. We would definitely come here again.
