The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Our stay was sooo easy going !! The unit had everything we needed and check in was very convenient. Visited family and did not arrive until midnight - LOVED having the key box so we could check in at our convenience. Unit was very comfy !! Would stay again.

What you see is what you get. Clean, beautiful, and comfy place to vacation. Our weather was bad, but the place made us still enjoy being there. Look forward to coming back. The manager also checked on us multiple times.. on a weekend. Highly recommend.

Super simple and easy!!! Excellent communication and the check in was a breeze!!! Make sure to search for “restaurants near by” and take advantage of the amazing small mom and pop places!!! Everything was wonderful!

We loved this place! Make sure you put your parking paper on your car dash or you will be towed! That happened to us, as it wasn’t clear to put anything in your car. Otherwise, this property we would like to visit again! The best!
