Colorful details in every corner will excite you when you stay at this home! Take in evening coffee or bubbly out on the main floor's balcony - it's a perfect place to make beach plans. But you'll be cool inside the entire time thanks to central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Both of the second-floor bedrooms also feature en suite bathrooms, so there won't be any fighting for the shower in the morning. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy access to their own private furnished balcony with a neighborhood view. Everyone can come together to cook in the full kitchen on the main floor, which is complete with a dishwasher, quartz countertops, and soft-close maple cabinets. Cook up dinner on the private gas grill if you'd like to stay out in the fresh air. Enjoy the meal together in the dining area (serving up dishes from the counter bar, of course).

You're just a short walk or drive from public beach access from this townhome. Guests will be just across the street from public access to Navarre Beach, a public beach that calls itself "Florida's Most Relaxing Place." Visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Center (also just over three miles away) and learn more about the area's natural wildlife! Stop off at Scooter's Fish House or Dewey Destin's Navarre for local seafood - they're both within just five-and-a-half miles of the townhome.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our stay at Sandy Paws and can’t wait to return! It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pedestrian and dog walking path being so close by. It was even better than pictured and was the perfect location for our honeymoon getaway. We also appreciated how responsive Vacasa was with a few questions we had before checkin. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place! Only bad part was the water pressure in the shower isn’t all that great and we found a coffee filter with coffee left in it molded. But other then that definitely would recommend!!

Wonderful townhouse and so close to the beach! Home had a lot of space with large bed rooms. The town house is beautiful but does need new skillets in the kitchen. Also, there is no water pressure in the showers. The listing should also mention that the two staircases are very steep and may be difficult to climb for certain persons. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the townhouse and in Navarre. Beautiful beaches!
