Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in your full payment will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in 50% of your full payment will be refunded.
No cancellations due to weather unless there is a named Hurricane.
A full refund would be given in this case.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason
Additional Policy
Approximately 5-7 days prior to arrival Guest will receive an email with a welcome letter explaining check-in and entry information.
This is a non-smoking home. Guests may smoke outdoors on the deck. Butts are to be disposed of properly.
House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction

There is an abundance of wildlife and marine life in the area. Guests are to respect nature and take care to guard themselves and their guests as appropriate.
Do not remove kitchenware or any of the contents of the Condo to share with other guests at the resort. This condo is privately owned. Inventory is taken at the end of each stay. Indoor furniture is for indoor use only.
Grilling is not allowed on the lanai, per Florida Fire Code. There are grills at the clubhouse area.
Housekeeping
When you arrive the Condo will be clean and set up for linens including bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Prior to your departure please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn them on. Place all garbage in the dumpster located in the front by the entrance to the property. Leave dirty towels in the bathroom.
We will not be liable for personal items left behind. If you leave an item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment at your cost.
