Cancellation Policy
Reservation payments are not refundable unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and time period. We do make an exception if the resort is closed for your stay. If applicable, refunds are issued minus a $200 cancellation fee or 4 percent of the amount refunded, whichever is greater. Should there be a building closure, in addition to the refund provisions above, we will offer to credit 100% of payments made to a future stay.
