At Boardwalk Cottage, we have got 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and outdoor furniture.
The first bedroom is the master bedroom featuring 1 king bed.
The second guest room has a queen bed with TV and walk-in shower.
The Boardwalk welcomes 5 people.
Besides, you will have an intriguing outdoor living. If you wish to spend some time indoors, make the most of the A/C.

It has a new granite counter with state-of-the-art amenities and adjacent dining.

High Season: If your reservation includes ANY dates between December 1st and April 30th, your reservation is in the High Season and you are covered by the High Season deposit policy and the High Season cancellation policy.
High Season Deposit Policy and Cancellation Policy: If your reservation includes ANY dates between December 1st and April 30th you are covered by the “High Season” cancellation policy. For High Season reservations, you must pay an initial payment of $500 to reserve it. This payment is non-refundable if you cancel at any time. Your next payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and this payment too is nonrefundable once paid, regardless of your reason for cancellation. For these stays then, if you cancel more than ninety (90) days prior to the start of your lease term, you will lose your initial $500 payment. If you cancel ninety (90) days prior to the start of the lease term or less, you will NOT receive a refund. For these winter rentals, cleaning fees and pet charges will be refunded if they have been paid (i.e., if you have made the second payment.) If you book online, please know that our booking engine applies the Standard cancellation and deposit schedule by default. You will be required to complete a rental agreement applying the High Season cancellation and deposit policy prior to confirmation.
Standard Season Deposit Policy and Cancellation Policy: All other reservations (those with ALL stay dates outside of December 1 to April 30th) are covered by our Standard cancellation policy. If you cancel your occupancy more than sixty (60) days before the lease term begins, there is a $200 cancellation fee. Also for these reservations, if you cancel within sixty (60) days of the start of the scheduled arrival date/lease term, you will NOT receive a refund of any amounts other than the refundable security deposit, pet fees, and the cleaning fee, IF THOSE HAVE BEEN PAID. The cleaning fee and pet fees are not paid until the final payment is due and the security deposit is not considered paid until 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. agree to pay the total amount due, including rents and other fees in advance to the Manager and to comply with all terms of the agreement
Smoking is permitted outside in the yard and on the patios. Just not in the house please.
Pet Policy: Pets with prior approval only and with payment of pet cleaning fee.
We will need the names of all adults who will have access to the home and be staying overnight.
We do not have an automatic refund policy for hurricanes or tropical storms. If you are traveling during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30th) you should consider the purchase of trip/travel insurance.
Refundable security deposit of $250 OR a $49 nonrefundable damage deposit is required in addition to the rent, taxes, any applicable pet fees, any applicable pet cleaning, and departure cleaning.
Minimum age requirements: We will rent to persons under the age of 25. The person paying must be at least 18, pay with their own card, provide proof of a valid ID, and complete a full rental agreement. No persons under 18 are permitted unless staying with a parent or guardian.
This home is not suitable for parties weddings or "events" of any kind.
Two cars will fit in the driveway. Parking on the street is not restricted, however, we do ask that you be respectful of the neighbors as this street has many single-family homes. Driveways are small and garages are almost non-existent, therefore you will be sharing the street with permanent residents. If you need to bring more than two vehicles, please notify us in advance.
Pet allergies: All homes are pet-friendly. This means that a pet has been in the home at some time. If you have pet allergies and do not take medication for them, you should not rent our homes. This does not mean that the home has not been cleaned, it simply means that we will not refund your money if you rent a "pet-friendly" home and find it aggravates your allergies.
Allergies to cleaning products: We generally make environmentally-friendly cleaning products available in our homes, including Mrs. Meyers and Honest Company products. However, our homes are cleaned by a professional cleaning company and we do not guarantee that some portion of the home has not been cleaned with a more "traditional" cleaning product.
